Reporting a conversion problem

Before sending a message, check the troubleshooting guide. If the problem continues, include:

• The input extension, output format, and approximate file size.
• The exact error message shown by the converter.
• Your browser, operating system, source-unit setting, and mesh-quality setting if shown.
• The application that exported the source and the application used to open the result.
• The expected dimensions and the dimensions you actually measured, if size is the issue.

A screenshot or a description is often enough to start. Do not attach confidential, proprietary, or personal files. If a sample is useful, use a simple model that you made and have permission to share.

Privacy questions

Use “Privacy request” in the subject line and describe the information or website behavior your question concerns. Do not send passwords, account credentials, or identity documents. Read the privacy policy for the distinction between local model processing and website or advertising data.

What sending an email shares

The email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form here. If you send a message, your email provider and the recipient receive your address, message, and any attachments. This is separate from the converter, which does not upload selected models. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time.
